As a result, CNB products purchased from a non-compliant reseller will NOT qualify for CNB’s warranty coverage or product / technical support. When purchased through such non-compliant reseller, purchaser assumes all risk and liability. |

| CNB Technology USA, Inc. may terminate such reseller’s right to purchase CNB products and / or take legal action for breach of agreement, unauthorized use, and / or infringement on proprietary property and trademark of CNB Technology USA, Inc. and its affiliates. In addition, CNB Technology USA, Inc. may ask the reseller, dealer, or end-user for proof of purchase when service is requested, and failure to provide such proof may result in nullification of warranty.
